Hey, I’m Dilushi Prasanna. I am a multi-national communication designer based in Naarm/Melbourne with over 7 years of industry experience. I’ve worked across Kuwait, Sri Lanka, Australia, and the UK, partnering with both globally recognised brands and grassroots initiatives.
I care deeply about underserved communities. My work is driven by human-centred, inclusive design practices with methods in co-design to generate community-led solutions.
I am a firm believer that design can do more than look good; it can shift monolithic narratives, and create space for change.
I bring lived-experiences and a culturally-inclusive perspective to creative problem-solving. I have been lucky enough to be recognised by Cannes Lions and Google.
I’ve recently completed a Master’s of Communication Design (Top 3) at RMIT and have worked in food-focused initiatives that give back to communities.
I have a ginormous passion for food and culture,
and a recognisable deep belly laugh.
